For $1 per student, Glimpse Institutional Membership provides tools for enhancing your students’ study abroad experience, and also offers opportunities to increase your public profile.

The Glimpse Foundation is a nonprofit that works to promote cross-cultural understanding and exchange, particularly between the United States and the rest of the world, by providing forums for sharing the experiences of young adults living and studying abroad.

Glimpse works closely with students and staff at our member institutions to maximize the study abroad experience and assist students in all phases of the study abroad process. Our Institutional Members range from community colleges to Ivy League universities to independent program providers.

Print Benefits

• Glimpse Quarterly for each student – direct by mail! Each of your students will receive a one-year subscription to Glimpse Quarterly by direct mail. Students claim their subscriptions through GlimpseAbroad.org so there is no additional work for your office.
  
  
• Five complimentary subscriptions for your office. Glimpse will send five copies of each issue of Glimpse Quarterly directly to your office. As Glimpse is a student-generated publication, having copies on hand is the best way to encourage study abroad and to make sure your students submit their work for publication.
  
  
• Special bulk rates for additional office subscriptions. Institutional members are eligible to purchase additional subscriptions to Glimpse Quarterly for only $2. (That’s over 90 percent off the non-member rate.)
  
  
• Free Glimpse Calendar. Institutional members receive a free wall calendar featuring the winner and 11 runners-up from our annual Study Abroad Photo Contest.
  
  
• Special bulk rates for additional calendar purchases. Institutional Members can purchase the calendar at a discounted rate of $9.95 each.

• Access to enhanced Glimpse Groups services.
  While any organization can start a Glimpse Group for free, as a member you will receive premiere technical support and guidance. If you haven't already started a Glimpse Group, you're missing out! Your personalized Groups homepage features articles and blogs written by your students, as well as program summaries, announcements & events, recommended packing lists and much more. Glimpse Groups helps your prospective, current and returned students connect through discussion boards and other networking opportunities.
  
  
• Free PDF Guide Downloads. Glimpse Institutional Members receive free and unlimited access to our PDF Study Abroad Acclimation Guide Series, with topics ranging from Culture Shock to Language Learning to Host Families to Friendship & Dating. Through your program’s Glimpse Group homepage, your students can download and explore guides on a wide range of relevant study abroad topics.

Advertising Benefits

• Free listing in Glimpse's Online Directory. Glimpse's Online Directory allows program, service, and product providers to list their wares in a special section of GlimpseAbroad.org.
  
  
• 10% Glimpse advertising discount Institutional members receive a 10% discount on all Glimpse Advertising – online and in print.
